Good. We need to use the courts while they are still functioning as an independent part of our government and before they are stocked with Trump appointees.

Good. Someone had to do it. Glad they didn’t wait. The Pentagon has 6 months to come up with a plan. I hope these groups get their day in court before that.

If GOP senators want to make a statement to Trump, this is a perfect opportunity to do so: pass legislation to lift the ban before it takes effect.

My guess is thy’re all talk, but we’ll see.
