Impeachment IS legislation against evil, and that has never more true than with Trump.
Government, per se, is the act of forging order from chaos, except when the Republicans own all three branches and someone like Trump leads them.
The we are back to chaos, dressed up like government.
Their only “accomplishment” so far was to steal a trillion dollars from the future commonwealth. And all their other goals are just a front for that singular purpose.
Democrats govern, Republicans rule.
