Discussion for article #228986
He’s a fucking Republican jerk.
This guy is no more a journalist than my chihuahua doggie. I stopped watching Meet the Press when the previous guy tried his hand at it, and this guy is no better.
He is a republican shill.
He’s already getting a big ego. How does she disqualify herself for not dwelling on the fact she voted for Obama …Its such a joke to badger her about it. She sure as hell didn’t vote for Romney. She does have the right to not tell who she voted for. If I don’t want to tell someone who I voted for…no one can force me. And as a reporter, Chuck Todd knows he doesn’t have to give his sources either. Freedom of the Press Chuck Todd… Get over voting day Chuck and let’s see you go for the jugular on the issues of Kentucky. Brian Sullivan of CNBC is on your tail for the MTP job…so better get with the program and ask the tough questions.
One man’s “Political Reality” is another man’s confirmation bias, Chuck.
The “disqualified herself” comment was simply wrong as fact and inappropriate for a journalist (or even a political commentator) in his position. His calling Mitch cheap for exploiting it was pitiful. Why not just admit it was a stupid thing to say?
Wait. GOD invented social media? No shit? All along I thought it was a buncha humans.
This guy IS an a$$ clown.
And BTW Todd, “God” didn’t invent social media, humans did.
I really, really dislike this smarmy MF’r.
I be owing you cokes!
He took a beating? Really? I realize these people asked real and meaningful questions that he should have been required to address, but he didn’t. He mocked the questioners. And, apparently, he feels good about himself because of it.
If someone receives a beating, they should feel some pain, or at least be able to see some cuts or bruises. Chuck Todd shows no signs of being aware that he is incapable of responding seriously to serious questions. He thinks he’s “the smart one”. How did that beating go?
When a miserable wretch doesn’t know he got hurt, maybe he’s really not hurt.
Chuck - please confine your sarcasm to Twitter. You asshat.
He needs a close shave. He can keep the Van Dyck but needs to get rid of those comb-over bangs.
Just curious if anyone asked the prick what is so damned important in knowing who Grimes voted for and how is he authorized to declare her disqualified because she refuses to say.
Todd is not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to public policy and political strategy. He is a bearded ass with a microphone in front of a camera. No wonder NBC is struggling to maintain.
I notice after the first week or so his ratings aren’t any better that Gregory’s.
Wow, Imagine that! I can’t see him as a likeable person, or Gregory either for that matter.
“Ass clown”
If the shoe fits!
“Metaphorical” beating.
What’s the frequency Chuck?
I didn’t know god invented social media. Also, why did Todd bring god into the conversation. Whenever a republican is losing they bring god into the conversation.
Todd had the nerve to ask President Obama if he should apologize to the American people for Obamacare. Did he ever ask GWB if he owed an apology to the American public for taking us to war in Iraq? How about asking McConnell if he owes an apology to the Kentucky electorate for his flat-out lies about Kynect and the ACA?
The corporate press is in the bag for the Republicans. That is Chick Toad’s reality.
He apparently has not been confronted with any data indicating that people who ply the social media scene are as politically formidable as those who watch FOX and the (smarmy) MSM.
He is willing to incur their scorn because, for him, there are few consequences. The polling which consistently SCREAMS that younger people Simply Don’t Vote has infected him with little cure in sight.
Stenographer is too kind a term for Chick. The one I would use is unfortunately seen by many to be gender-specific and starts with the letter “p”.
