Discussion for article #227104

“Motorcade”??? What a guy.

Christie would like for his security detail to pull over all the investigations, as well …

“Way to the beach” or fleeing lusty Republican moob freak Maria Shriver?

Practicing for when the Russians invade New Jersey no doubt.

I am not aware of motorcades that don’t piss other drivers off. Plus this “motorcade” is Christie’s vehicle, and the one following it. So the one following it needs to stay behind Christie’s car, which probably explains why he cut the guy off. Big deal?

Can’t stand Christie, but this is not news. And the lead story?

It’s his vehicle and one other. That’s the “motorcade”.

Can’t stand the guv of NJ, but this is a non-story.

Traffic problems. They’re what he does best.

It IS a bit difficult for Christie to spend a carefree day at the shore. I understand every time he tries to rest on the beach, people keep trying to push him back into the water while yelling, “You’re free now…swim Willy, swim…!”

Fat Man’s warming up for his White House run… ha!

The important question is, were beachgoing animal lovers able to push him back into the sea?

" …No charges were filed."

Just taking a wild guess, it was a white driver?

The good news here is, that no matter what big fat liar Christie does from now until he is nothing more than another ex-criminal NJ pol, the comments and thoughts about him will always come back to Bridgeghazi.

Chris Christie is an ex-convict in waiting.

No charges were filed? So the Governor can cut people off at will with impunity, creating a traffic hazard on the road?

Certainly you don’t mean that no charges were filed against the man who was wronged? What would those charges be? Tailing a thug?

Politicians should take note: Traffic problems rank right up there with the economy and jobs in the minds of the American public. Do NOT block traffic for any reason, even if you’re on your way to the beach.

Not much of a story in Jersey, other fish to fry such as :

Sorry about that

I’m assuming from the fact that the guy is neither dead, injured nor charged with “resisting arrest,” “disorderly conduct” or “assault on a police officer” that the angry driver was white.

Agreed. I can see why the Star-Ledger would mention the item… but is TPM really this hard up for stories?

This is not worthy of TPM or even a middle school news paper.
There is no story here, or it’s so poorly written that no story is
discernible. Are there more facts that didn’t make it into the story?

How about the old news adage of including: who (a man?), what
(a bit of a traffic problem? define that please), when (who knows),
where (somewhere en route from who knows where to his summer
residence), and what (nothing).
