CC will get his just desserts, literally and figuratively.
I was going to post a wisecrack, but this is just Too.Damn.Easy.
I mean, itâs not even sportinâ.
Now tell us something we didnât know. Of course this asshole abuses expense accounts. If he and his kind didnât do thatâŚthere would be a story. This guy fucked over ACA for the folks of NJ ( because it was too expensive ) but spends hundreds of thousands on corn dogs and beer.
Is anyone surprised. But he has a funny way of going about getting positioned for a national race. Most of America wouldnât elect Tony Soprano for POTUSâŚor admire the type. Someone needs to tell the Guv. that.
Surely the governor can also expense just a wafer-thin mint!
Too easy. Moving onâŚ
Dang! $82K on Twinkies and Beer?
More âSmall Governmentâ Conservatism at work!
You see, the problem is unions!
Itâs the Garden State, Governor, not the Olive Garden State (hat tip to Jimmy Kimmel)!
Context is important. What did other governors spend? NO doubt he thinks he is entitled, but letâs be sure this is a real story.
BIL complained about the welfare queens in white house who spend 1.5 billion a yearâŚBush spend 1.5 to 1.8 billion dependingâŚseems that is what it costs to run the white house and travel.
Context
This is obscene as long as there is one hungry kid anywhere in New Jersey, or anywhere in the âgood old USAâ for that matter.
But this time, Iâm going to spare the Thug Guv my usual claws.
This time, Iâm going for the throats of the people who put this man BACK into Office.
The hungry kids in New Jersey had no choice in this matter.
Every last imbecile in New Jersey who voted for this man had a choice. They also had a duty to every last hungry kid in their pigpen of a State.
Pigpen? Strong word.
But look at who you put in charge of the place!
And donât think for one minute Iâm stopping at the top.
Where is the New Jersey legislature in all of this?
Absent without guts, Iâd say.
Just like New Jersey voters.
And those kids?
YOUR KIDS
OUR KIDS
They are still hungry, while those in power stuff themselves like pigs at a trough!
BECAUSE THE PEOPLE OF NEW JERSEY MADE IT SO!
BECAUSE THE PEOPLE OF NEW JERSEY ALLOW IT TO STAY THAT WAY!
Youâre Hopeless. And your kids are paying a price. But the price wonât come due until after all of you are gone, so you wonât have to live with the results. But your kids? Who cares. As long as all of you can get yours now, who gives a damn about the kids, Right?
I hope the voters of New Jersey are PROUD of themselves.
Gutless cowards!
$82,000 at the football stadium in 2 years. If he went to all of the Jets and Giants home games, including pre-season and playoffs, thatâs about 10 games per year for each team - 40 total games over 2 seasons. More than $2000 per game on food and drink for the Governor and his rich pals. I wonder if they bothered to tip the servers?
He actually has lost a lot of weight, but unfortunately for him (just like Huckabee and Limbaugh when they did, though the latter gained it back), once itâs in the face it never comes off.
So what itâs nearly $2k on average per MetLife stadium visit. Need I remind you weâre talking foot long hot dogs here with the worksâŚan maybe a dab more of the works. It adds up. And, if itâs an exciting game, fogetabouit.
See he supports the small business man, he eats in his restaurant and drinks in his bar!
Bet the Kristie Kreme spending tops that!
$82,000 at the football stadium in 2 years. Thereâs your context.
We all seem to think that Christie spent $300, 000 on food.
Really? Is that what we really think?
I remember reading that when he was a US Attorney, he far exceeded the allowable spending limits by insisting on staying at 5-star hotels, etc. If he wants to live like a king, thatâs fine, but he ought to work on Wall Street where itâs par for the course, instead of saddling taxpayers with these ludicrous expenses. And all the while, heâs demonizing teachers, union workers, and the poor! What a bunch of suckers!
when Iâm President, forget the veto. Just bring in the toritos.
