Gravitas!
Bruce still doesn’t like you.
No thanks on the vids…
Dang… That is the picture (video) of a very, very sad man.
And seriously, why does he dress like that even for a freaking Bruce Springsteen concert??
He wears a button down shirt and tie to a Springsteen concert!!??!? Seems like he has yet to figure out the letting loose part.
Trying to dance away from himself.
Still trying to make himself likeable to the general populace. It isn’t working.
who in the hell wears a phuckin tie to a dammed concert…is it to hide th chilli stain on his big assed shirt
Why did I just click on this? It’s two videos of a guy at a concert acting like he’s a fan of the band and doing the same things everyone else was doing there. He may have odious politics, but he’s still a person who does things that people do. Other than the shirt and tie (and how far can he pull those pants up?), he looked pretty normal.
I’m not going to diss the guy for having a good time at a great concert, however much I could…
BUT:
Hey Chrisite, if you truly like Bruce’s music, then the meaning of his lyrics: a dedication to social justice and an improved life for the working man, should have a freakin’ impact on your views. Instead, your political positions are an anathema to that.
[Christie] wears a button down shirt and tie to a Springsteen concert!!??!?
Dressing in the Dark
it’s because they don’t make jeans and t-shirts in size dirigible since the Hindenburg went down in flames…
The slumping! The off-rhythm! Sad!
I think that is 9.8 m/s squared. Given his mass, gravitational force might not be calculable.
It’s really, really unfortunate that Bruce didn’t pull him up to do the Courtney Cox part in the Dancing in the Dark video.
There was a piece in The Atlantic (I think) a couple of years ago where a reporter went with Christie to a Springsteen concert. Christie is truly madly deeply into Bruce, but when Springsteen started to talk about the plight of the working man (something he usually does midway through his concerts), Christie rolled his eyes and told his entourage “here comes the sermon!”
I think Christie is into Bruce for the New Jersey references. The political message - not so much.
Because he’s a Very Serious Person.
Derp like no one is watching.
I’ve been inappropriately dressed with button-down shirt and tie many times when I’ve gone to a concert or club directly from work.
