He’d also have to have an ability to move quickly.
Getting between Christie and food can be a dangerous position to be in.
I’ve already written the TV ad (in my head) for when Cristie is running for president. This footage is worth weeks of oppo research.
I really wish I was surprised, but I’m not.
/sigh
O/T: Anyone else having trouble “liking” another person’s comments?
Particularly if the person has responded to a comment you made?
Also the edit function is wonky
Christie’s home wasn’t destroyed by Sandy. He isn’t waiting for some help. So when he brags about “being here when the cameras aren’t” I smile. We know full well he’s a bully and a liar (think Nurse Hickox). He’s behaved this way many times before.
Let me run a “like test” If you see a "like on this post of yours then it’s working for me (I’m seeing the icon)
I tried to edit my post above to include the question of whether you can “like” a comment that someone has responded to you but the edit function seems to be a little wonky too
Those guys standing next to Christie in the article image do not look too friendly to me…
I wish I could be more helpful Trump. why not shoot a PM to Joe Ragazzo? He’s the TPM go to guy for things like what you are experiencing.
Good advice, thanks.
OK, back to "business’’…
The heckler is being interviewed on CNN momentarily…
This little bit of political theater reveals Christie as the fool many of us knew him to be. To attack a constituent like that is uncalled for and outrageous . . . .
After Christie said ‘anytime’, the gentleman invited him to dinner that night … you know, kind of taking seriously the ‘anytime’. Christie’s response was something to the effect of “Of the thousand things on my list to do tonight, dinner with you ranks at a thousand and one.”
Sure … anytime.
This is just one more example of why an individual like Chris Christie should not be president. His demeanor is nothing short of atrocious and his attitude towards the people of New Jersey, shows the contempt that he has for anyone who questions his work and his integrity.
in all seriousness, Christie’s handling of taxpayer funds is on a par with Bernard Madoff … only less honest…
Here’s the link to Chris Hayes’ show where you can see the interview: http://www.msnbc.com/all
I was also surprised (then again, not) that non of the morning “news” shows mentioned the interview or the guy’s credentials - especially given how the media loves to instigate things. Although I have nothing against MSNBC, it sometimes boggles my mind how the shows, especially Morning Joe, never seem to have an inkling (or mention) of interviews/stories that have been aired the night before on either Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes or Lawrence O’Donnell shows.
Man…cue up a montage of how Obama responds to hecklers and compare it to one of this guy, then tell me which one is “presidential.”
Governor Soprano is a fucking crybaby.
Please don’t be too hard on Christie the poor man is hungry. Look at him he is just a fraction of his self.
“$800,000,000 in Sandy recovery money”
Clock is ticking…there should be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Christie is hard at work trying to find a way to use it to “balance the budget” instead of helping Sandy victims.
Meet the guy that caused Christie to make an ass of himself - http://www.msnbc.com/all-in/watch/meet-man-christie-told-to--sit-down-and-shut-up--349703235827
“I’d be more than happy to have a debate with you anytime you like, guy, …"
“I’ll tell ya, there’s about 1,000 things I’ll do tonight, going to dinner with you is about 1,001,” Christie scoffed.
Well except for that time, like I just said any time you like but just not that time…ya that’s the ticket…
