Dick knows that Obama’s plan is to invade a foreign country under false pretenses so that thousands of American military personnel are killed or maimed and the country is saddled with enormous war debt and that this results in an even more dangerous Middle East and world at large.

The guy is terrified beyond belief that history will remember him for what he was – one of the most destructive public figures in American history. So he keeps repeating “Everything’s Obama’s fault” day after day, year after year, hoping and praying that if he says it enough it will somehow become true.

I get the snark, but I have no stomach for it. This man is, quite simply, the most evil man ever to hold high office in the history of the United States. Bar none. By far.* I still shudder–literally–in horror of the thought of how close he was to the presidency and how much damage he managed to do from an office that has no actual Constitutional power to speak of.
The brutal humor of Randy Newman’s “A Few Words In Defense of our Country” expressed my opinion about this sick, dangerous, evil man (and all his neocon sycophants and his spawn, for that matter) perfectly.
*I know many would say “But Andrew Jackson: genocidal slave-owning duelist and prototypical central bank conspiracy theorist.” To which I say, yes, but also guy who kept us out of the difficult, and possibly impossible, task of persuading the British to give back New Orleans and, for all his awfulness, also a central moving figure in the evolution to democracy and who threatened to hang any South Carolinian who raised a hand against a federal official. Cheney has nothing on the other side of his scale to counterbalance the evil.

Obama is such an all-powerful threat to America that he’s even capable of destroying it without being able to get any of his legislation through Congress.
I guess today is “Obama is an evil dictator day.” Tomorrow, he’ll likely once again be a feckless community organizer who’s in over his head.
