I love this guy. Foremost for helping people who desperately need it during a crisis. But also for continually showing Trump for the Sadist that he is (lack of concern/effort/bordering on cruelty in Puerto Rico, and now in D.C.) But because he is doing so much good - while Trump is doing nothing - it is hard for Trump to go on the attack. (Or perhaps that was part of the settlement of the lawsuit?)

Locating it on Pennsylvania Avenue is pure genius. I hope it'll be located within sight of the White(s Only) House. I also hope Robin Bell will project directions to it on Grifter International Hotel, along with his "Pay Emoluments Here" graphics.

Just as a reminder, José Andrés is the chef who immediately cancelled his lease in that hotel when Toadglans pronounced Mexicans "drug dealers, criminals, and rapists." El Criminal Cockholster immediately sued Andrés for breach of contract with much fanfare. As per normal, the suit was eventually settled out of court with the obligatory "vow of silence." However, Andrés has since intimated that the World's Best Businessman got nothing, nada, zip, squat for his troubles.
