This two-bit killer needs to be put in the cross hairs of a serious Justice Dept. investigation, and departmental scrutiny obviously. The chief is no good and has to be removed from his position, asap. The “gun next to the victim / perp” is clearly a plant by the cops, as usual these days. Can’t trust them as far as you can spit them anymore.
