I do love a well-turned profanity.

Even The Queen sends her warmest regards to the scum

What was the occasion for that pic? She sure does look like she’s sticking up her middles.

Opening of the London Olympics, while the band was playing the national anthem. If she smiles, it looks like she’s singing “God save our gracious me, long live our noble me.”

So wonderful! So French! Merci, Charlie!

Good for them. Better to celebrate life than to cower and be terrorized, like Congressional Republicans.

I am Charlie.

The QoE is regal and therefore plural:

God save our gracious Us
Long live our noble Us
God save the Us
Send Us victorious
Happy and glorious
Long to reign over us:
God save the Us

Oui, c’est ça, allez vous faire foutre, Daesh! And when you get to hell give Jihadi John a big American howdy for us all—we heard the other day that all of the sudden he’s out of the video business. Too bad so sad!

I was touring Spain in my motorhome in the mid-2000’s. I came into Malaga one night, after a few days out in the wilderness, only to find the streets jam packed with people milling around. It seemed like every single resident in town was outside mingling with their neighbors. It was an incredible sight. It was so packed that I eventually gave up trying to get anywhere, and so I pulled over, and only then did I hear from someone about the train attacks the day before. This was their response to the terrorists: ‘Here we are you bastards, come and get us, we’re waiting for you!’ No fear, just lots of heart and defiance. I learned it was the same everywhere. Such a contrast to how America responds to these things.

Could someone translate the cover? I’m only fluent in English, hillbilly and redneck…

“They got the weapons – They can piss/fuck off , we got the Champagne!”

Pretty ballsy, I must say.

The world is turning against ISIL, the fucks are going to get their martyrdom and lots of it.

Not a contrast to New York City, if I may say (as one who was there). But we’re not the “real America” anyway, according to the “real” one.

Magnifique!!!

Why am I seeing people coming back from their ISIS/Daesh murder and rape vacations? I feel the same way about them as the SS. Having been in ISIS is a prima facie war crime and death sentence. Whatever scum goes there should NOT be allowed to leave. Seems we have a problem with Somali refugees heading to Syria? When and if the return they should be imprisoned. Not in Guantanamo, that’s so cliche … somewhere under Generalissimo Assad’s control … yeah, that’s the ticket!!

This is the correct spirit. The best response to war and hatred is peace and love. We may need the police and military to use weapons to limit the damage the jihadists can do. But we don’t have to give in to fear and turn into animals ourselves.
