As someone who believes that things are going to have to get much worse before they get any better, I fully support Jason Chaffetz for Speaker.

As a resident of Utah, I despise the guy, but our political system here, by design, can produce no one better.

no, that’s exactly who he is. the comment was made freestyle, all by his lonesome, no prompting or “gotcha”. so yeah, that’s who he is, no mistake about it.

the weird thing about chaffetz is, if you actually look at his record, he isn’t half bad. that said, he comes off like a douchebag because, well, he is a douchebag. he’s a republican, that’s a given. sure, they like puppies and their families, but in the end, they’ll poison the puppy and shoot their families, it’s how they are.
