He could have dragged Boner into the conversation so he could take a shot at a weak loser who cried nonstop.
Trump had previously been asked
the same question earlier this month on Jimmy Fallonās āThe Tonight
Show.ā Trump told Fallon heād cried when he was one year old
ā¦
OKā¦well now. he remembers his 1st year of life?
I think thatās a fib.
Ahhh, good times.
Consider the source of the question and ask yourself if it really was a reporter who asked it.
Besides being a WATB constantly crying about things not being faaaaaaaiiiiiir to Donald Trump, you mean?
Its the timing that is so damned obvious. A short time ago, Republicanās were busy mocking Obama for crying during his gun control press conference. Trump uncharacteristically declined to attack him for it at the time ā but this intrepid reporter wasnāt satisfied.
trump can get away with crap like you indicate because heās a private citizen. But if elected the radical change that would be required would damage his psyche permanently. No more off the cuff comments, weighing each word before speaking. No more lawsuits when heās insulted. AND heād get cut off from Twitter and Instagram and any other social media. Itād be like heroin withdrawal after a big time habit. Really ugly.
āWell, thatās even beyond a Barbara Walters question. She has never asked me that,ā Trump replied. "No, Iām not a big crier. I like to get things done**. Iām not a big crier. Iām not somebody that goes around crying a lot**. But I know people like that. I know plenty of people that cry. Theyāre very good people. But I have not been a big crier."
Ask him that question again on November 8th.
OK, what has crying got to do with getting things done?
Putting myself in Brodyās shoes, that question was likely asked because the majority (knock on wood) likely see Trump as a monster. Now Trumpās stupid ā answer pops the hell out of that āballoonā, but the attempt was likely made to show him as a human being.
Again it didnāt work, but there you goā¦
Or it could have been a back handed way of indicating Obamaās weak. But then again crying is an evangelical staple as @theghostofeustacetilley indicated up thread so succinctly.
Yes and yet maybe no. If you (or anyone) were to ask Brody this, make sure that your evidence is valid or you could be in for a long day. I think that he asked Trump a question that could have been answered differently.
However because its Donald John Trumpā¦that answer had to be Trumpian or else it would be odd.
Maineās Paul LePage says whatever the hell he wants and manages to get reelected. And fight off impeachment efforts. Yes, the Presidency is a different animal. But if Trump is elected my money says keeping him in check will be like herding cats. Heās not going to stand for some damned adviser dictating what he says. The outbursts may be fewer. Some targets may be off limits. But heās still going to run his mouth with damned few filters employed. And what filters there are will be of his choosing.
Given what you indicate, and I think you are right, how long before a bill of impeachment shows up?
Days? Weeks?
I noticed that a while back. Donnie 2 times, like in Jimmy 2 Times in Goodfellas!
Derpy-D has his tear ducts botoxed because tears would make his spray-tan run. Oddly, this not only causes all of his red-eyed squintiness, but the nerve damage is why he makes all those strange pucker-faces and his lips seem to have a mind of their own when heās talking.
Right, Jimmy cries at the pay phone booth when he finds out Tommy got whacked. Canāt remember the 2nd time.
One of the greatest moments in cathode ray tube history.
