Is it strange that they released the victims’ names but not the perp’s?
Here in the United States we argue about 2nd Amendment Rights while we trash the rest of our Constitution. Tens of millions of guns and assault weapons. People walking around packing guns in grocery stores. People murdering kids in schools. We will rue to day we allowed all these guns in the hands of an angry population. Throw in Fox (hate) News and you have the fuse. This is not going to have a happy ending.
Find the person who sold him the gun and prosecute him for accessory murder.
Be glad the year is over because this is the worst gun story of the year. Two-year old accidentally kills his mother.
The police waited and did not enter the home? What if one of the victims was still alive? We have too aggressive cops here, but maybe there needs to be a review in this sort of thing in Canada.
We had a situation in Houston where a woman text messaged her co-workers that she had been shot and the co-worker called the police and gave them the name and address of the person who had text messaged her. Then, the police were sent to the wrong address and did not enter because it was obviously the wrong place, but they did not follow through and go back to the dispatcher to see about the address. The following day, when the woman did not appear at work, the coworker went to her home and called the police who found her dead and her toddler gone. Police are too aggressive when they need to handle things with care and then fail to carry through on issues like that. Yeeks.
