This is what happens when you have a biblical PPresident....
Very solid, strong response. Well done, Mayor Pete.
I guess you mean our devoted compassionate PPresident, who is the "biblical" prez.
Sodom and Gomorrah are cities mentioned in the Bible and other holy texts that God razed due to the sinful behavior of their inhabitants. The story is often cited by biblical literalists as proof of God’s displeasure with homosexuality.
Biblical literalists are full of shit. The fable was about hospitality and rape--not gay sex.
In Ezekiel 16:48–50, God compares Jerusalem to Sodom, saying "Sodom never did what you and your daughters have done." He explains that the sin of Sodom was that "She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me."
Sounds like goD was describing the hecklers.
I’m lovin’ me some Mayor Pete, surprisingly to me. His interview with Maddow was just about perfect.
Seems like they had a good time in those cities. Remember, what happens in Sodom and Gomorrah stays in Sodom and Gomorrah.
Keep chasing yoots away from the GOP, you hate-filled husks.
Anyone living in proximity to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. should be seriously concerned.
Trying to remember if Homeowners Insurance covers biblical acts of destruction and cleansing.
My recollection is that S&G was really an issue about hospitality, which seems to be in short supply in certain Red circles.
Have to admit he has a solid act. The interview was interesting on several levels. I saw him as a minor player until listening to him. He has the most level headed and calm presentation so far.
Westboro Baptist or College Republicans?
He who is without sin..................
We won't know for sure until KAConway tells us what gawd was really saying.
That seems to be everyone's experience. Until you hear him talk about something you say, "Who is this guy?" But afterward you say "Who is this guy?"
... or Republicans.
Check off the "guilty" badge for me on that one... Accidentally ran into an interview he was doing on CNN, rather than immediately jumping off to movies, hung around for a bit, ended up quite impressed with his answers and ability to handle himself and respond with clear and understandable non-bullshit answers to a wide range of issues.
Reminds me of "Jimmy Carter who? A question I heard asked at the time he was running. No one really knew who he was or where he came from.
well, the abomination stated that he's never sought forgiveness for his sins.
he's god's chosen, don't ya know.
