Jesus H. Christ, did two FBI agents really screw up an otherwise relatively exemplary and restrained law-enforcement operation? I really thought they would be the professionals on the ground.

Seems pretty reasonable that if they violated the ROE, that they would know it and want to hide it if possible. Why the FBI had people there who couldn’t follow orders is another issue, assuming they are under investigation for good reasons.

The local guys throwing the Feds under the bus for lying. Where is the body camera evidence. State police are required to wear body cameras…every day there is a new piece of evidence that implicates the Feds and their wrongdoing. Its not gonna get swept under the rug this time. They are starting to uncover the cover up! We are starting to see real police work now…
They are NOT the professionals on the ground and that is VERY evident! There is more evidence and it will be forthcoming. So many people were all set to close the door on the wrongdoing…Not so fast!!!
I hate the term “Occupier” as used here. That was a term often associated with Occupy Wall Street, which is about as opposite from these militia kooks as it gets.
Really? Every day? That’s what? FIFTY ONE new pieces of evidence? Or…Or maybe this is related to the same information from less than 2 weeks ago about the same issue of one of the trigger happy Feds? This agent royally screwing up an otherwise justified shooting does not undermine the original justification for it (You know, Finicum fleeing a traffic stop, attempting to run a road block, yelling at the cops to shoot him and, what was that other thing he did? Oh yeah. Reaching repeatedly for his waist where he had a sidearm.)

Its all one and the same…Comes down to the govt. making regulations that help the mega rich get richer, whether it is a hedge fund guy on wall st. or some mega rich Agro company Vs. the family farmer or rancher. Over regulation does the bidding of the rich under the guise of “looking out for the little guy” while they put the little out of business.
Oh you mean those regulations that require ranchers to pay grazing fees for using public lands? Or perhaps the regulations that forbid the forcible seizure of federal property. But we get the drift, no regulations for freeloaders like the Bundys or the late, unlamented lavoy (quick draw) finicum.

Do you think a local rancher like Finicum has more or less access to state and federal lawmakers when it comes to rules that benefit the small rancher?? Its more than just grazing rights people. Its about the EPA fining private land owners for man made ponds on their own property, not “federal land” as if there is even such a term! there are many many examples of federal laws that are made by people that dont know about a damn thing about whats good for the local ranchers…some are f’ing stupid it isnt funny! Even the most progressive liberal would be shaking their heads!
