Discussion: Brit Hume Isn't A Fan Of Clinton's 'Sharp Lecturing Tone'

Spoken in his condescending voice with touches of an affected tone developed over a lifetime of trying to tell us that only he knows what is neat, right and salutary.

In short Hume is a pious, conceited blowhard who adds no value to any discussion.

Yes, the journalistic equivalent of, “If you would only smile a bit more, dear, they might like you more.”

Hey, Brit, she’s not running for prom queen.

President Obama was Black. Presidential Nominee Clinton is female. Flip the bitch switch from racist to misogynist. It ain’t like there is a lot of thought going into Fox entertainment.

What about the lecturing tone Roger Ailes used when telling female employees to suck his dick, Brit?

My suggestion, Brit, is for you to try to get used to it.

Oh but he’s a serious journalist . How do I know …because he works on Faux news.

Trump has a good voice? I mean Obama is a unique public speaker and Bill can be that way too. Not everybody needs to be that way. So long as the point gets across who care? I remember when the conservative movement attacked Obama for lecturing in speeches.

Jefferson and Lincoln were noted for their lousy speaking voices, too. What else ya got, Brit?

I agree. When they’re discussing the tone of her voice in the speech and not the actual speech, you just know they’ve got nothing.

bd2999 Being a gifted orator along the lines of M. Cuomo, B. Clinton and Obama is a rare gift, as you say, for a public speaker. God knows Rump isn’t anywhere close to it. I think Hillary will make that clear during the debates.

Brit Hume, along with Brian Williams, have two of the most droning, flat toned, off-putting deliveries of the tube. For some reason, trying to listen to these two is like listening to fingernails on a blackboard.

Brit has a Fox News director’s hand up his ass to move this mouth. He’s just jealous that Hillary is her own woman.

Persoanlly, the one who I REALLY can’t stand to listed to, under any circumstances, is Andrea Mitchell. Aside from her nasty Republican content, her voice is one of those things that will get me to either turn the volume down or turn the tv off.

“She projects one emotional tone throughout, and it has a combative manner to it, and not a happy warrior manner.”

Does anyone think that David brooks would say the same thing about Donald Trump ?

Surfing during Hillarys video all channels but one was showing that video in its entirety,Guess who ?

Hillary put a verbal rash on the thin skin of the Donald that will have him scratching for awhile.

Still Clinton is a very good speaker. I’d rate Clinton at about Granholm’s level as a public speaker.

The two of them have similar speechmaking styles, I think, but Clinton doesn’t quite have Granholm’s ease with performance - which Granholm probably got from pursuing acting in her late teens - early twenties.

On the other hand, Clinton is probably a better writer.

The outright lies and treasonous words/actions of Republicans are waved off as sarcasm or the vapors or whatever but the things UNSAID by Dems or said in a way that is just not up to snuff are simply reprehensible. Hu-must-be-joking is a worthless sack of Murdoch/Ailes excrement.

I’m betting Brittany had plenty of sharp lectures from his grade school teachers.

Jesus, Hume, this is your third time trying to get through 3rd grade! What’s the matter with you?

Could explain a lot.

what if Donnie takes him up on it but is confused and shows the middle leg? :worried:
