Listening to the Leahy questions, the Manny Miranda issue is a serious one. Kavanaugh got “intel” about Leahy’s strategy — can’t help but think the withheld materials include more of this — but Kavanaugh tries to maintain deniability about the theft.

I know I’m a pariah for bringing this up, but…
Row vs Wade wasn’t the rock solid legal precedent it could have — and should have — been. So if it is overturned, another, stronger, sounded case (or 10) needs to be filed IMMEDIATELY. When that case reaches the SCOTUS, it must clearly state that a womans body is her own. Period. No man, no fetus, no nothing gets priority over her choce and her life.
I am way more concerned about this creep hurting the Mueller probe and helping the Trump crime family than I am about Row vs Wade.
Maybe I’m missing something here, but I have never thought over turning Row vs Wade was the unmitigated disaster everyone makes it out to be. If the idiots tear down a weak wall, we will build a stronger one.

Why is his answers evasive when a Democrat ask a question or is there as he terms them hypothetical and yet when a Republican namely Lindsey Graham answers these C’s questions you’re straight up yes or no answers he’s very definite and his answers to a Republican but he’s evasive when it comes to a Democrat. The 10th Amendment will rule supreme except in cases that can be decided on a very narrow, literal reading of the Constitution. The only broad interpretation will be 2nd Amendment right to bear arms and 1st Amendment religious freedom that will allow all self proclaimed Xtians to openly discriminate against anybody who does not follow the inviolate dictates of the Evangeliban.
Would that include decriminalizing the ingestion of illicit, illegal, non-prescribed narcotics during pregnancy resulting in harm to the child?
The truth is he has no problem blocking women from access to their own bodies.
