I see Justice Roberts did not join the very clearly written majority opinion, with its basis on about a dozen or so settled law cases and a simple and clear-eyed view of The Constitution. The others all wrote their own scurrilous dissents, basically joining each other, except for Justice Roberts.
Another 6-3 ruling would have been nice, but as in Bush v. Gore (2000), a win is a WIN!

As a baby boomer, I am really-really pleased that the Millennial Generation is moving our nation away from Reagan and the Republicans and their bigotry, war mongering, hatred, pro-gun craziness, and fossil fuel dependence.
My generation will be remembered as the greediest, most unequal, and most spoiled generation in our nation’s history. The Millenials have begun to clean up the mess that we and the Republicans have made of this country.
Reagan, Bush I, Bush II, McConnell, Boehner, and the rest of them are being rejected by the next generation - thank goodness because this nation was being controlled by the red (confederate) states politically and it’s time to take back America! (to coin a tea party wing nut phrase).
Marriage equality!
Racial equality!
Economic equality!
Voter equality - one person, one vote!
When we are a nation of equals, our Democracy is strong and the envy of the world. When Republicans rule, our nation becomes weak and the laughing stock of the world!

It is a very serious error to believe that only those rights specifically mentioned in the Constitution exist. The Bill of Rights is a FLOOR on rights, not a ceiling. There is no historical foundation to claim that it was designed to be all-encompassing and limit rights to only those mentioned for all time.

Having read the majority opinion, it is mind boggling that 4 Supreme Court Justices refuse to agree what the law clearly supports! I can’t sully my mind reading their various dissents just this moment, there are FOUR separate dissents, but how they manage to ignore the 14th Amendment must be stunning in their gymnastics to avoid actual settled Constitutional Law! Vandals! I’m disappointed in Justice Roberts, while the others are just criminals, as usual.
