“The law is in effect. It’s not a suggestion,” she said. “The executive branch has a duty to enforce that.”

Executive branch and duty - an oxymoron today at both the federal and state level. We the people are merely an afterthought.

Good job Superior Court. Put him in his place.

Here we go again with the GOP ranting that equates to “It’s not democracy if I’m not getting my way…”

Clearly, the judge is a leftist communist marxist deep stater and this entire process was illegitimate.

Sigh.

Gee, LePage won’t be able to kill more poor people.

Sad.

Next step, contempt of court. Followed by pardon from Trump (no one will tell him that he can’t pardon State crimes).

I fully expect this Trump facsimile to say if a Governor does it, it’s by definition legal. The imperial governorship. Why not?

But this is great news and definitely an issue Dems should run hard on for November.

Trump before Trump. Should be staring impeachment right down the barrel if he doesn’t comply with this one.

And he can always pardon himself…

Someone please explain to me why it is so important to these people that they be as hateful as possible? Bueller? Bueller?

Dumpy is going to be watching how LePage wiggles out of this one. No matter what the courts order these tyrants to do, they ain’t gonna do it. “Make me” is what they will say. Is there a government agency or department that will cause the physical removal of the tyrant, if necessary? That is where I see us headed.

Mazol Tov, Mainers. You finally got your day in court. Now watch LePuke appeal this and continue to stretch out his stall tactic by wasting more of your state dollars fighting this. There is so much wrong with this man beginning with his utter lack of respect for the will of the people there to his complete lack of maturity regarding any law he simply doesn’t want to abide by.

As a New Englander, I think we’ll need to vote Maine out if they re-elect LePage. Maybe Canada will take them.

He is term limited, but I’m sure he’ll join the Trump admin in 2019.

Whenever I see pictures of LePage, I cannot help but think of “The Angriest Dog in the World,” an old David Lynch comic strip that ran in alternative newsweeklies in the 1980s. The psychic resemblance is striking.

To paraphrase Andrew Jackson, the judge has made her decision, now let her enforce it.
