Cop Goes Wild.

My son used to use Uber a lot until he figured out Zipcars were more to his liking. Uber tends to be more accessible and timely than some taxi services, especially if you live in the inner city and donā€™t own a car, and where some taxi drivers refuse to pick up.

This clearly demonstrated what I have been thinking. I wonder what the percentage of cops who commit crimes and are actually charged with them would be compared to the percentage of the general population.

We have had so many police in TX who have been charged with rape, assault, terrorist threats, domestic violence, assisting drug dealers, and theft, and the percentage is probably one third of the crimes they commit, that I wonder if their percentage is higher than the general population.

Eventually, police arrived and Doherty was arrested.

Police told the Globe that Doherty was placed on administrative leave after his arrest.

If this happened a little more often in these egregious cases of malfeasance by individual officers, it doesnā€™t have to be every case mind you, but a littleā€¦ we probably wouldnā€™t be having protests nation-wide.
