The south used to elect folks like him who were real southern populists. Folks like Carter, Ray Mabus, Jim Hunt, Reuben Askew etc. They put the old race bit aside never fell for supply side bromides and invested in health care, education and infrastructure.

Trump is focusing on the wrong demographic if his intention is to reduce crime. We obviously need to deport everybody who was born in this country.
So if this office is established and not immediately shot down by litigation, how about people call it to ask for answers on every crime committed against people not born in the US. Cuz that’s what “immigrant crime” sounds like to me.

How about a department that tracks corporate crime which costs us billions and has far more of a negative impact on American life. Koch brother pollutes water supply and people get ill. Wells Fargo creates fake accounts etc.
