Apparently the author of the article defines “elaborates” [ To work out with care and detail; develop thoroughly] very differently than I do. I would have titled the article: “Boehner Spews More Circumlocutory Bullshit On His Lawsuit Against Obama”

Before a court dismisses this as frivolous and each time Boner elaborates and refers to it, the president should take the chance to remind everyone within the sound of his voice how little this obstructionist House has done and what a waste of time the things they have done are.
