If the Nunes Memo of Lies is released, the Democrats must simply release theirs. Doesn’t matter if it’s been cleared or OK’d. Just put it out there because you’ve got to do what you can to save the country. And so do all of us. Volunteer and work for Democratic candidates. Resist and revolt if necessary. Vote Democratic. Tell Trump and the Republicans to shove their outrage.

The huge tension between his cognitive dissonance regarding 1) obeying his handlers strict orders to stick to the script, and 2) the huge pressure his malignantly narcissistic personality driving him to want to kill everybody, may rupture a probable aneurysm waiting to happen. Wotta shame, if that should happen right up there on the dais in front of all the world, ya think? I’m already boo-hooing all over the place even picturing the thought.
Trump has been irate about this situation for a long time and is doing everything he can to keep it from going any further. It should be obvious to everyone that Trump will literally burn the house down to stop the investigators from revealing how he won the election. Anything that is anti-Trump will draw his ire and punitive actions are soon to follow.

I concur, he is trying to hold on to power as long as possible betting on any positive developments to sway public opinion in his favor when the truth is reveled about the possible collusion, obstruction, and financial misdeeds.

It was reported in the article about the vote to release the Nunes memo. This article is not about that and I don’t think it’s quite fair to require TPM to reiterate everything they’ve reported before.

That is the sort of thing I expect to happen if it is really going off the rails. When the laws are being perverted, then sometimes justice has to find a different path.
Not seeing much of that at the moment.
I would like to see the Democrats start being bolder in their commentary. We know the deck has been stacked, we know that they are purposefully being excluded and ignored. One of the biggest things I see in their reaction is angry yes, but subdued. That does not transmit a good message. Stop looking like victims.
