Kavanov spent so much time leaning on this, so it’s a nice fuck you.
Her therapist would be the one to speak to IMO.
Donald Trump lacked and continues to lack the temperament to be President of the United States.
Brett Kavanaugh lacks the temperament to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
Those claims are self-evident.
I admire Leland Ingham Keyser greatly for speaking out in the midst of her own health problems. I hope Kavanaugh’s meticulous calendar notes will play a part in bringing him down. If I knew nothing about Kavanaugh except what I saw during the hearing Thursday, I could never vote for him for anything. At times, he seemed so out of control, I wondered if he had been drinking.
OT…
I’m feeling old…
Marty Balin has died
RIP
Paul Kantner died in 2016
RIP
So…
RIP Jefferson Airplane.
“Where have all the good men gone?
Gone to grave yards everyone
When will we ever learn?
When will we ever learn?”
Not an Airplane quote but it’s playing in my head.
Edit
I’m gonna put an Airplane album on , open the doors and windows and play that fucker LOUD
Here is a song for those who are too young to remember:
UP AGAINST THE WALL MOTHER F#CKERS!
Sorry 'bout that. It’s just at I am in tears right now.
I am also very interested to hear what “Squi” (Chris Garrett) has to say when he is questioned. (If you go back and watch this portion of the hearing you will notice how hesistant Rape-em-all is to say his actual name. “Do you want me to say their last names?”)
-
We know that Garrett went out with Blasey Ford for a few months before the attempted to rape. He appears to be one of Kav’s closest friends, given the number of times his name shows up on the calendar. But Kav doesn’t remember her at all (one of the high schoolers remembers her as “very goo looking”). Not very likely.
-
He of course was one of the people listed at the July 1 party.
-
He of course was also the person targeted by Ed Whelan as the true rapist, due to the fact that he looks a little like Kav. Squi was not randomly chosen by Whelan. There is obvious some story here that needs to come out.
Apparently Garrett dismissed the rape accusation through his lawyer but has said nothing publicly yet. We certainly need to hear from him.
They should ask her if she recalls going to parties with Ford in general. Once the find the actual house maybe her seeing it will help bring back some memories.
Ladies I hear he may soon be single!

So I am curious. If a person under oath says something that is not true, is that perjury no matter what?
Kavanaugh, during his time before the committee Thursday, falsely said that Blasey Ford’s allegations had been “refuted by the very people she says were there, including by a long-time friend of hers. Refuted.”
This is false. Kavanaugh very likely knew it was false. Maybe he didn’t bother getting the facts before he made his statements under oath. At best, he cannot tell the difference between not remembering and refuting. Displaying this laziness, or this lack of understanding, in my opinion, is not a good thing for a judge during his job interview.
Except I’m not sure he was stone cold sober. He behaves like a drunk who’s had just a couple and totally pissed about being questioned - about anything.
He slurred words, alternated between belligerent rage and sniveling near-tears, couldn’t form coherent sentences, and got agitated when challenged.
Those are all signs of active alcoholism (and generally being a right-wing dick) and it would shock me if he were sober at that hearing.
I’m glad there’s finally going to be a reopening of the FBI investigation which was an obvious thing to do and should have been done long ago.
Having said that, Kavanaugh is a liar on matters of import as well as trivial. He’s also belligerent, hyper aggressive, lacks a judicial temperament, and is a partisan hack. Though I welcome the results of the FBI investigation, I don’t need one to know this man is frightfully unfit to be on the Supreme Court. If appointed, I deeply resent he will be interpreting laws that will affect my family and all Americans for generations.
Lying to Congress under oath or not is a FELONY. Drop the damned mike.
If under oath it is called perjury.
There were many things he said that were blatant lies. Just off the top of my head:
*explanations for the meaning of “ralphing”
*definition of “devil’s triangle”
*explanation of fondness for Renate
*definition of “boofing”
*claim that he was never a sloppy/blackout drunk
Most of what he said was a lie.
