Depends - if it’s an adjective with an understood antecedent, then it would be doofae (like [duae feminae] doofae). If it’s a second declension masculine noun, then it would be doofi (like virus → viri). If it’s a second declension neuter noun, then it would be doofa (like gaudium → gaudia).
