Bill is being out-crazied by the Whore of Babble On. She thinks that her candidate, Maness, is going to pull off an upset in Louisiana. Maness is polling at 10.2% in a three-way race, with Landrieu at 40 and Cassidy at 34.1

Kristol is known for being wrong so he may as well pick longshots and hope for the best. If he’s wrong it’s nothing new and he still has a job, if he’s right, then he claims to be a prognosticating genius and he still has a job.
His analyst job is not dependent upon accurate analysis, go figure.
