For, you know, “balance” and all that; and to assert that persons are not necessarily responible for a relative’s behavior. And that the only think that makes this item newsworthy is Rogers relationship to Bill. Barring that, it’s just another DUI.

Wasn’t Roger the black sheep of the family? I can’t recall. How come we haven’t heard about this man since Bill was President, and then suddenly, we get news that puts him in the headlines, and in a negative spotlight at that? Coincidence? I think not. Though DUI is serious, its not like the man committed an unusual offense. Wonder what his blood alcohol level was or is that not relevant?
