It’s not really that time in life to think about “what might have been.” Rather, take pride in your accomplishments (but don’t dwell on them) and move on to the next adventure. Actually, this kind of applies to all times in life - other than childhood.
Yeah, the entire article was pretty cringeworthy. It’s a staggering level of cognitive dissonance necessary to have somebody tell you hundreds of times that they hate you for your race and nationality and immigration status, yet you dismiss it as, “Oh, I imagine he’ll just be an a**hole to all the other immigrants, but not me!”
If you Google the phrase “trump supporters regret supporting him”, you’ll be unpleasantly surprised at just how much stupid there is. Their regret started in January in some cases. Yet given the chance to vote again, they’d pick him.
