If you substitute “Cheney” or “Bush” for “Bibi” in your comment, it applies equally to one of their speeches leading up to the Iraq war.
He hasn’t quite yet…altho I like this Bibi-to-Cheney comparison talk. Before we go too much into it though, we’ll first have to see what terrorist attack magically materializes during the next week or so to conveniently “prove” everything Bibi said. Watch…
Yeah, not surprised. But geez, in her position, surely she should know this:
After the deal ends, Iran would still be subject to inspections and unable to produce bomb-grade fuel.
Somebody please start pointing this out on the teevee, and to recalcitrant Dems.
If you’ve heard recently about the WeaselPecker you’ll enjoy this one. The absolutely amazing thing about the photo is that the WeaselPecker is the real deal…That actually happened. Its spawned all kinds of new images though…so now we have the PutinPecker…
Bibi Netanyahu: “Be wary, wary, afwaid . . .”
If it works. Wanna buy a monkey?
Worked, please, Eustace; and your monkey’s just depressing me.
EDIT: Shoot, didn’t see your “if” (so accustomed to you harshing the mellow). I’m hanging onto that “if”…but your monkey’s still depressing me.
Bibi can take his a$$ back to Isreal and we will keep our money here. Israel is a pain in the rear and not worth the trouble they cause.
“Pulled out the Dick Cheney Playbook” could be shortened.
Of course El Capo Giuliani would see it this way. He comes from a family that’s used to capping off their opponents.
Seriously. The whole time Bibi was harping on the 10 year time frame, I kept thinking how absurd it was to believe that if Iran still posed a threat to the region in 10 years, that we would simply sit back and do nothing because the 10 year time frame has expired. I mean come on. That is ridiculous.
…or at least breaking their legs with baseball bats.
Putin did just kill one of his major detractors. Giuliani and the right wing war hawks must be so proud.
I see what you did there . . .
That is all that Netanyahu has, the fear card/terror alert.
My questions are, how weak is Israel? Why doesn’t Netanyahu just barge in and deal with it? Why are we supposed to do his dirty work. If Iran is all that he has ben claiming for over 20 years, why is he allowing it to happen? And yes, every 3 to 5 years for at least the past 20, Netanyahu has claimed that Iran was on the verge of nuclear attack and just about to wipe out Israel. Being wrong and misleading is what Netanyahu is and he is the idiot expert that Faux would employ.
Obviously, our free billions of dollars are going to waste. We haven’t bought a legit partner and in fact, we’ve financed yet another that we now need to remove. Hello Saddam and Osama.
Sly dogs huh, using weanie innuendo.
In the lead-up to the Iraq War, Netanyahu testified before Congress, and encouraged the U.S. to invade Iraq. Does anyone think that, but for the Iraq debacle, Barack Obama would have had a snowball’s chance in hell of winning the Presidency in 2008? As a supporter of President Obama, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Prime Minister for his fine work.
In all the pompous bluster, unadulterated grandstanding and egoistic banter, I must have missed Bibi’s alternative solutions for the “Iran situation.” …Other than trying to get the U.S. to do the dirty work of , if I may quote GrandPa McCain, “bomb, bomb, bomb…bomb, bomb Iran.” as he’s so often done in the past…I didn’t hear his specific proposals today. Surely, after coming all this way, he had lots of solutions to proffer.
No wonder the Republicans were giddy, Bibi acted just like they do: Bluster, complain, point out how anything YOU are going to do isn’t going to work…and then offer NOT ONE DAMNED POSITIVE MEASURE AS AN ALTERNATIVE.
Fear is our mantra! Go GOP.
Bibi should just start building Jewish settlements inside Iran. Whatever he says should be taken as the sacred truth. He’s not just begging for war with Iran. He’s insisting on war with Iran, and every other nation in the ME. Someone remind me what his positive attributes are again.
