Discussion for article #238992
Nobody’s asking Carson about his weird obsession with gay men in prison lately.
All Republican candidates for president are equally delusional, but some are more delusional than others.
Adapted from Animal Farm, by George Orwell.
A meme is recycled!
THIS IS EXCELLENT NEWS!!! FOR BEN CARSON!!!
Poor laughable, clueless Token Carson. I have no doubt that he’s already begun his acceptance speech when he’s captured the Republican nomination. ~snicker!~ ___It will begin, “My fellow Caucasian Republicans…”
Sure man, keep telling yourself that.
It will certainly change reality.
Carson is partially right in that it helps his case if you can say, “Well, if people think that guy can be President then I guess anybody can be President.” But it works for all the others too.
That isn’t much to hang his hat on.
He isn’t as unprepared as he looked because some other bigger goober is less unprepared and the clueless voters for his side are too uninformed, too easily impressed and way too fickle to care. Let alone consider the fact that the Presidency is a very real and serious job that isn’t the same as failing at business or being successful at something totally unrelated is.
And the kicker is, black isn’t an acceptable color to the Repub base, they are just saying that it is to Carson’s face while they get super excited about the huge bigot that they are actually hoping for.
Carson would do better to disparage all the other minorities, people of color and to invoke Hitler Nazism, Kenyan usurpation, socialist commies, total-Stalinistic Marxist Islamist fascist appeasers with some sort of Pan Arabist snide for flavor.
Otherwise Trump has already out-gamed him, has moved beyond to the denial phase and is in a polling blitzkrieg.
Yup…a lack of political experience never mattered…just look at the GOP’ers position on that in 2008.
Carson is right. At the time most of the GOP’ers are pulling off some krazy krap because everyone’s looking at Trump’s super krazy krap. Carson included. But Trump isn’t going to be nominated so his 25 % has to go somewhere after he’s out. Carson’s a good choice for a lot of them. Although no one on the GOP’er slates in the same taxonomic group as Trump, Carson comes close. I can’t see a Trump supporter going to Cruz or Paul. But I can see them going to Carson…and in time they are going to have to go somewhere.
What did Carson appear after Trump’s phoner and after the Trump roundtable discussion in the mercy interview position?
They’ll go somewhere alright. To Hillary hating teabagger rallies to discuss impeachment for Benghazi and Whitewater and blow jobs. They will invite one Mexican, one black person and possibly a self loathing woman or two for balance and the appearance of inclusiveness.
“Carson responded. “It’s an erroneous thought that only political experience is expedient.””
(Lays head on desk after a triple facepalm moment.)
Every person who has held the office of President has had some sort of political experience…so far. Nobody has gone from never holding any elective office to the top job. You pays yer dues (in the colloquial). Now the GOP has two candidates w/o political experience. Is this a trend?
In other words, because this lunatic is in the race, my own lunacy is hardly noticed.
“It’s an erroneous thought that only political experience is expedient.”
“You know Obamacare is really I think the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery.”
Ben Carson has no fucking clue what the word “erroneous” means.
How about they just go home.
A teabagger never quits, they just keep fighting the losing and already lost fight.
They are proud but dumb.
I would say…proud to be dumb. But dumb in politics. Carson isn’t stupid. He’s sort of a savant. Very skilled eye hand coordination but subtle reasoning and interpersonal relationships (with his patients) was not his forte.
Carson associates with Republicans because Jesus said to love your enemies? I don’t think so.
A small group of self hating not old white guy anti-Republicans have flourished as the fair balancers in Foxlandia; probably because they get paid up the wazoo for it. It ain’t rocket surgery.
At first, I confined “self” loathing metaphors to Ted Cruz and Ben Carson. I have always believed that there is substantial self-loathing in all Republican candidates
Trump thinks a Black man will never be elected again in the US…because of Obama.
What say you, Ben?
