And the anti-fascists are enemies of freedom? Another apology is in order.

Nunes…correct Inversion.

Nah. As long as he continued to honor the noble SS dead at Bitburg he’d be OK. Like the Confederate dead, they heroically sacrificed their lives for the Lost Cause.

See any baseball players taking knees? For the most part MLB players have supported this administration, unlike a lot of NFL and most if not all NBA players.

Whoa there. Baseball is just a stick of wood and a spherical object and some rules about their interactions. Why are ther 9 players and 4 bases? 3 outs and 3 strikes? 9 innings? Is it numerology?

Pretty sure those MAGAts ain’t exactly fans of freedom. Except for themselves.

Enemy of freedom? Brings to mind one of my favorite songs, Jim Croce’s Which Way Are You Going:

Which way are you goin’?
Which side will you be on?
Will you stand and watch while
All the seeds of hate are sown?
Will you stand with those who say
Let his will be done?

One hand on the Bible
And one hand on the gun…

Which way are you lookin’?
Is it hard to see?
Do you say what’s wrong for him
Is not wrong for me?
You walk the streets of righteousness
But you refuse to understand

Say you love the baby.
And then you crucify the man…

They didn’t preview it? The producers slipped it in? Give me a break. I would imagine the film makers want to work tomorrow. I would imagine they did exactly what the ownership of the baseball team wanted.

And Abe Lincoln, the original RINO. (Ironically, they were all RINOs back then.)

Keep in mind that the people that actually go to the games are the same ones that vote for Devin Nunes.

Well, you could always feel free to take a small spherical object, put it on the ground, and whack it as hard as you can into the air, go track it down, whack it again, go track it down, whack it again, go off to find it, and then be delicate as you hit it deliberately again to make it disappear into a small hole in the ground. As for numerology, there are 18 of those little small holes in the ground, and each hole has a maximum number of times you’re allowed to whack that ball into the sky. Lowest number of whacks wins. Oh! People who play the game often hire someone else to carry their whacker for them. If that’s not fascist…

Will they also be apologizing to Trump for calling his buddy Kim an enemy of freedom?

Look:

This is an outrage piece. We are in the midst of a mal-Administration of a sociopath who was sent to us by Russia to divide us. He has succeeded.

I believe in the Dialectic. There is a Nativist tribe in the U.S. Believe it or not, I believe that the Dialectic will apply to them. They will come around, but not while Trump is President

Baseball?. Yo conozco muchisimos latinos los cuales la pelota es una religion sagrada…

With Trump and people who follow him, everything will turn on tribalism…

Apparently someone didn’t get the memo that Trump said he and Kim, “fell in love”, and that he’s a “very smart man”. I don’t know if anyone here is familiar with a certain right-wing message board whose home is Fresno, but I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that they had a hand in this. I also went to the Washington Nationals’ media site - no mention of this at all, yet. This is a major fuck-up.

A “fitting” tribute would’ve been No Baseball Game At All. Instead it’s the team and the league seeking to glorify itself, and failing badly with a politicized self-aggrandizement the moment Ronald Reagan appeared.

Ouch - nice one.

Ever notice that Democrats rarely, if ever, make these “mistakes.”

An utter non-apology for a clearly intended insult.
