Discussion: Barr: 'I See No Reason To Change' DOJ Policy Not To Indict Sitting Presidents

Then maybe you should, Bub, considering it was the Nixon and Clinton administrations that came up with this “policy” while under attack.

No one is above the law. Period.

Fine don’t indict him while he is a sitting President. Indict him on Jan 20, 2021. I can wait.

This is such BS, the DOJ policies are just that policies, they are not laws. What we have in the WH is something no one could foresee.
Firing of Comey is obstructing justice, Comey led the agency that was looking into Russia and Trump co-mingling during the campaign.
Trump has changed his story on ‘why’ he fired Comey at least three times. If he did it for “executive reasons” then why all the obfuscation? Carrying out a legal executive action to cover up a criminal action can not be tolerated.
Indict the stooge, publish the evidence, and then hopefully Trump will exit stage left. And if he doesn’t then Congress needs to do their job and impeach him.
