Anyone know if Bannon got a student deferment when he went to Virginia Tech after finishing high school in 1971? He joined the Navy after graduating from Virginia Tech in 1976. The Viet Nam war was over by then. He avoided the war also, just in a different way. Unless you were a Navy pilot, the Navy was a pretty safe place to spend the war. Thatâs why my brother went into the Navy after graduation in 1968.

I saw the tape, a homeless guy screaming bullshit about Romney and his pinkie finger. Will that move an Alabama farmer or factory worker? I would like to know how many imported folk were in the audience, high school seniors and college freshman from neighboring states college republicans, storm fronters, christian identity movement folks? The reporter from al.com said folks listened to Bannons speech, we know Trumpets donât listen, too drunk, that make me wonder who showed up.

After graduating in 1976 he moved on to the Navy, serving as an auxiliary engineer and a navigator. He later became a special assistant to the chief of naval operations at the Pentagon, and earned his masterâs degree in national security studies through nighttime classes at Georgetown University.
Bannon graduated from Harvard Business School in 1985, and then became a mergers and acquisitions banker with Goldman Sachs. Remember that well, Coast Guard was also an option, you could also sign a five year agreement and get a Germany guarantee for awhile with U.S. Army. But if he was a 1971 Grad from high school they had already stopped drafting, they drew numbers but nobody was drafted.But the Joe Patriot kids were still joining the Marines, Bannon did not join because as we know he is a pussy non hacker.

Were this just about anyone else I would dismiss this story as silly and obnoxious. I really donât think itâs wrong or untoward for a person in the middle of divorce proceedings to date other people.
That said, this is Roy Moore whoâd no doubt be railing against anyone else whoâd behaved like this. Heâd claim they were committing a sin, that they were engaged in adultery, and on and on ad nauseum. His problem here isnât so much what he did, but the rank hypocrisy.
