well, except for this tidbit… Chief Justice Roberts referred about a dozen ethics complaints (the ones that remained after a thorough review purged quite a few others) to the 10th Circuit. I don’t think Kavanaugh is going to skirt these too easily. Because they all involve his testimony before Congress, past and present, and apparently there’s enough evidence to show a less-than-honest tendency in his testimony. I read elsewhere it could even rise to impeachable ethical lapses…
Not to mention, past SCOTUS Justices saying his behavior should have disqualified him. Game on! Kav is now having Ethics Complaints seriously looked at. Also, this entire affair is apparently unprecedented in the history of the SCOTUS.
IMO, Kav should recuse himself from the bench until all these matters are settled.

Obvious and known clear guilt on impeachable offenses means nothing without 2/3 majority voting in favor of impeachment.
