Who really gives a crap who Bannon supports?

To quote a classic line from Hitchcock’s “North By Northwest”, “Now that’s a picture only Charles Addams could draw.”

Did someone set fire to Michael Grimm’s face and put it out with an axe?

And I love the outfit worn by cirrhosis-ridden, gin-blossomed Steve Bannon. He looks like he’s probably also wearing jodhpurs and carrying a riding crop.

Give Staten Islanders a chance and they will re-elect this criminal Goomba. Grimm is as dumb as any national Republican and an actual thug, just what people there enjoy!

I was not aware convicted felons could serve in the US congress. So he can serve but he can not vote? There you go, the perfect Republican candidate, crazy as a shit house rat and a convicted felon to boot.

Someone on the national news programs should ask a GOP candidate/official exactly what “politically correct” means to him/her. Here’s the context far below the shiny surface (IMHO) -

Among other concepts, Political Correctness means:

Being civil
Being considerate of another’s feelings and/or ethnicity
Refraining from vulgar language
Refraining from advocating or engaging in violence
Being racially sensitive and aware of a person’s heritage
Being respectful of the democratic process (that’s democratic, small “d”)
Defending/Honoring the US Constitution

So, those are the things that the GOP, Trump and Trump supporters are tired of. To them, it’s time to stop being politically correct. There’s way too much gray area in the term “political correctness” and it would be interesting to get answers from the GOP and its supporters as to what they think it means. Probably pretty scary answers.

The guy leaning into the picture is the weak one.

He can serve, without limitation. There is no constitutional impediment to a felon, former or otherwise, serving in Congress.

Some states allow convicted felons to vote providing they’ve served all their time. Most states do after they’ve completed parole and/or probation. Some have them restored only if its a first time offense with repeat offenders having to jump through additional hoops like an official pardon by the Governor or restoration of voting rights through the courts. There are about nine states that work that way.

Probably the most offensive part of the article is how they call Bannon’s new perch working from outside the administration currently as the “so-called Breitbart Embassy”. Forget it being an embassy. Bannon sounds more like a K Street Lobbyist now, or a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Grimm’s comment always creeped me out. He says he’s going to “break you like a boy” to the reporter… which clearly indicates that what you do to boys is to “break them.” What does that even mean? Grimm breaks boys? How does Grimm break boys? What kind of thing is that even to say?

Well duh - there’s nothing Bannon would love better than the ability to control the press.

His hands are twitching with the desire to hit reporters himself.

This is pure Bannon. But Grimm (aptly named) seems to have genuine thug training also. Since they’re sooo close, put them both on a CNN interview and ask about their goals and aspirations.

There’s Bannon wearing two shirts again. What the fuck is with him? He wears multiple shirts all the time. It’s bizarre.

Well, since this describes them (both) . . .

Grimm is perfect for Bannon. Grimm is a lazy, corrupt, easily angered moron.

There really is something odd about a person that wears two button down shirts over each other the way he does. Just weird.
