We need to be careful about imposing the narrative we already believe on an incomplete set of facts.
This article tells us that some high profile minorities have left the RNC. It doesn’t tell us, however, the net effect of those losses. Without knowing about minority hires at the RNC we have no context how to judge this.
So how did “working for change from the inside” work out for you?
