Discussion: Asked If He'll Fire Tom Price Over Private Plane Use, Trump Says 'We'll See'

Asked if Price is “in trouble,” Trump told reporters, “You’ll have to ask senators about that.”

DT basically thinks he’s the king of everything until he has to make a tough decision, at which point it becomes someone else’s job.

There appears to be a consensus that Price will soon lose his job. I’ll believe that when I see it. When the bar for ethical violations is now found buried somewhere deep below Death Valley (which itself is already 282 feet below sea level) the threshold for a fireable offense is virtually impossible to cross.

Trump doesn’t care about the ethics, but the embarrassment does matter.

Translation: “Who is Tom Price?”

When told by a whispering aide, he then stated: “He should be using GOVERNMENT aircraft for Personal Use just like the rest of us!”

The aide then passed out.

I wonder if he is a bit hard of hearing. He’s certainly of an age where that’s common. Could some or most of his “We’ll see” responses to shouted questions be his cover for only hearing a questioning tone but not getting many of the words?

“Words are complicated. Not many people know that.”

We’ll see! We’ll have some news about that in a few weeks. We’re waiting for the right time! We’ve put my best generals on it, and they’re going to come up with a plan on how to deal with Price and his plane.

I believe that at least one of these meetings that he jetted off to was a trade show type meeting. Dollars to donuts he has done some investing based on discussions on the side. Bet that he has made some investments based on the actions he was taking to hollow out the ACA as well.

We should start a pool about which former top officials end up doing time in club Fed. The order of sentencing, and the length of each sentence.

I think it’s possible that when the first indictment comes down he’ll start firing the Cabinet to avoid 25.

Bet Price’s use of private planes has absolutely nothing to do with it – the peehead ire is most certainly about the repeated failures of the repeal bills in the Senate.
