It seems like the ā€œpaid deleteā€ charge is the most serious. Every site promises data protection and all have vulnerabilities, but this proves that even when charging members for the privilege of true data safety, they werenā€™t taking the most basic precautions. Owch.

No matter what the hackers say, Iā€™d bet even money they got suckered into buying a membership by either a totally fake profile or by a gently laundered solicitation for prostitution.

A company that promotes infidelity as its business plan is also unfaithful to its clients as part of its business plan. The union of avarice and lust.

He said he never cheated and never met up with any members of the site.

He likely couldnā€™t have met up with any members of the site if he wanted to, unless he was interested in a gay affair. It turns out there just werenā€™t that many women thereā€¦

Rafael. Call him Rafael. Itā€™s his name. Remind everyone. Itā€™s Rafael ā€œTedā€ Cruz.

Itā€™s amazing that these people join this web site and then theyā€™re all upset when someone finds out that they are dirtbags! I donā€™t see them prevailing with their lawsuit.

Am I the only one who notices that the guys who have been caught all claim that they never met any women from the site?

This all boils down to: Weā€™re suing your ass because you didnā€™t give in to blackmailers.

This whole story is funny on so many levels, very sad on others, but more tawdry than any of the writers on ā€˜As The World Turnsā€™ could ever conceive. Gawd Bless America ā€¦ and Canada.

Same goes for Piyush Jindal, AKA Bobby Brady of the South.

Theyā€™re all doing oppositional research.

Can they afford to pay $578 million? They mustā€™ve hit on a need and filled it I guess?
They seem like they have the allure of porn mixed with the cheating thing. Look at Josh Duggar, a pervert that is doing his thing all over the place winds up there.
Itā€™s fairly predictable actually.

Yes. While I know no one broke any laws by joining that site, I have very little sympathy for these alleged victims (who, through their actions, sought to victimize their spouses, after all). It seems to me the courtā€™s perfect rejoinder should be, ā€œYou know, you made the decision to join in rather tawdry behavior to begin with.ā€

Absolutely, thatā€™s exactly how I see it as well!
