Idiot doesn’t know when to stop.
Speaking of Arpaio.
He was at of all places the infamous Nevada bunny ranch partying with the owner who ended up dying in his sleep.
The truth is an absolute defense for libel. I’m pretty certain Arpaio doesn’t want to go there.
Truly sadistic man says what?
Apparently he does. If this gets past the preliminary stage for outright dismissal, discovery could be a joy for the NYT.
If he thinks he has a case or they’re going to settle he’s nuts.
The story probably should have noted that the lawsuit was filed by ultra-conservative star-f***er Larry Klayman, who routinely files meritless right-wing garbage lawsuits that never go anywhere because he and all of his clients are incredibly stupid and not motivated by anything resembling good faith.
Where’s Judge Otero when you need him?
Go get a damn job joe.
trying to salvage anything of your sordid past is useless
The country knows you and how you plan to make a living from now on.
being a OPM specialist just like idiot that infested the White House.
Those may be sufficient conditions for drawing the conclusion, but they’re not necessary!
The only mileage that Arpaio will get out of this is a one day headline and short blurb on Faux news. Nobody cares and it will be a dead topic tomorrow.
Actually, I think it!s time for him to retire, but he loves the spotlight too much.
If you are engaged in a debate about whether you are truly sadistic or not, you have already lost.
Agreed. Applying the standard of rhetorical hyperbole normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States neuters his claim of damage to his esteemed reputation.
I’ve seen Klayman’s work through my job, although I didn’t know who he was at the time. He did a bad job and his motion was denied. Twice.
The obvious explanation still makes the most sense: it takes a lot of money to take on the NYT, and if true believers can spare what they can to support the “Justice for Arpaio Fund”, Sheriff Arpaio will continue to fight the good fight.

Yep. I didn’t read the motion, so I didn’t pick up about Klayman. The credibility of the suit went down by an order of magnitude once I heard that.
I was going to ask how Arpaio could afford this expensive law suit, and now we know. So now I want to know how does Klayman afford to keep bringing these expensive law suits? Where is his money coming from?
Now you tell me?
