First they came for my son’s ICBM. Now they want to take away his Uzi. What’s next? Taking away his grenade launcher?
Ya think?!
I was in elementary school in the 60s and saw the Tombstone show you are talking about. It was really cool to a 9-year old boy who had a small arsenal of plastic guns at home in the Seattle suburbs and played “army” all the time. It was truly a different time.
Both of my grandfathers had hunted growing up rural and being ranchers back in the 30s, 40s and 50s. My father hated guns. His father took him deer hunting just once as my father missed on purpose when encountering his first deer. Somewhere along the line, I lost interest in guns in any form. I suppose sports, music and girls took their place.
Damm libruls… once they get going
On cue all the gunfondlers and ammosexuals are cleaning the racks of Uzis and MAC-10s so that their children can have sum freedumb.
“I’m disgusted that we even need such a law — that parents can’t be trusted to not give a machine gun to a 9-year-old girl,” Rep. Victoria Steele (D) told the Phoenix New Times.
Here we go again, another idiotic politician that thinks that because a few parents are stupid enough to allow their 9 years old to do something very dangerous for that age/strength, then she must jump in an label every parent untrusty of better decisions.
Yeah. Big, slippery slope.
