Discussion for article #227633
I suspect even in Arizona the judge will see through the now-traditional charade presented by the State. The bans fail largely because no one can show any possible harm and they are clearly based upon bigotry. On the other hand, in this case the plaintiff can show real and actual harm. The argument about kids is irrelevant since marriage and the creation of children have no actual connection beyond…more societal opinions. How long before these narrow-minded do-gooders figure out that times have changed?
