SCOTUS signed off on most aspects of his travel ban.
Yeah, that was a major fuckup by a partisan court intent on giving him a win. The twisted logic they had to create out of whole cloth to decide that one was a fucking embarrassment. They chose for instance, not to take any of his prior statements under consideration in order to decide the case. They just willfully ignored his statements, that put his short fat thumb on the scales of justice, as if they never existed. His bigotry was allowed to float past the bullshit detectors on purpose. How in the world they justified that is still a fucking judicial nightmare and mystery. The only clue to it all is that Gorsuch owed him a big wet one.

Doesn’t that picture say it all? Look at those bags under his eyes and the redness. Where’s the Visine and spray-on concealer when ya need it? He looks dreadful. These legal machinations all around him involving his treason with Russia are really taking a toll on him.

Wasn’t third time a charm for his Muslim ban? And wasn’t that ban because he didn’t know what the hell was going on? So I guess that ban will be permanent.

That’s true, but the bigger problem with far reaching consequences is that Chief Justice Roberts said the government had advanced a sufficient national security justification, though “we express no view on the soundness of the policy.” That creates an open season for unlimited despotic executive orders that claim to be rooted in national security when the Court simply grants deference without bothering to look at the soundness of the policy.
“Lock him up!” Jerry Brown, that is.
He hates America so has to demonstrate with that face that he does. Likes a few rubes in flyover country, but not too much.
