That’s about the size of it.
That’s exactly what you said.
sure hope so. tired of wasting time.
An excellent opportunity for republicans to save the poor and disadvantaged with their far better health are plan.
lol, ok i realize now that i’m just arguing against an obamabot
and by the way, this is why it should be a VERY HIGH priority to get dem judges confirmed
Nah. It’s just best to sit back when some rulings are made and just blame Obama, like it’s him that deserves this as you suggested in your earlier post.
Damn you Obama!
/shaking fist
Also, every Democrat who didn’t vote in 2010 for whatever reason owns a piece of this mess and will continue to own pieces of successive messes until at least 2020.
the more we “compromise” with extremists, the more we turn this country to the right. these guys are nuts and we shouldn’t “meet in the middle” with unreasonable extremists.
Take a number buddy.

lol, ok I realize I am arguing with a firebagger.
The “State”…like the Secretary of STATE, who heads the STATE Dept? These judges are intentionally obtuse.
you’re pretty defensive about people criticizing Obama. Do you really think he’s come even CLOSE to being an FDR?
A fix is required because a potential majority on the SCT could follow the axiom that where the statutory language is clear, that’s the end of it and its up to Congress to fix it. The problem with this statutory issue is that it fits perfectly with the view that you don’t look at Congressional intent because Congress is presumed to enact what it means to enact. That’s why it’s such a serious problem.
The notion that “Kennedy could go either way” is absurd. Kennedy has been nothing short of hostile to every tenet of the ACA.
So a system that has proven to work time and again across the world is a “unicorn”? Mind-boggling.
Yes. If he wasn’t black, they would support him … you know, like they did Clinton.
This is pure nasty politics, designed to hurt as many of he 20 million people who have been added to the insurance rolls as possible.
If the law is established to subsidize people in the states that set up their own exchanges and the law permits the federal government to provide an exchange if the state does not, then where in the law does it say that the federal substitute exchange must be a crippled copy?
What will this do to Democratic turnout in November? Democrats for health care with a working program, Republicans out to kill sick people to take Obama down? Sounds like a Democratic platform for retaking the House to me.
Do you really think he’s come even CLOSE to being an FDR?
FDR? Why are you bringing up FDR?
you’re pretty defensive about people criticizing Obama.
You’re pretty defensive about people defending Obama.
What’s inconceivable is that Kennedy would vote for anything that would benefit the ACA. Why do people keep acting like he is a swing vote? Are you stuck in the 1990s? Sheez.
So a system that has proven to work time and again across the world is a “unicorn”?
You still haven’t listed the votes in Congress to achieve that.
Guess your mind is too boggly.
