Doesn’t mean much unless we know the percentage of those arrests that resulted in convictions. The argument on the flip side is that black arrests are higher becasue black crime is higher. I’m not in any way implying this. Give us a complete picture so we can counter these arguments.
Agreed. Would a town be unfairly singling out women for harsh treatment and have disproportionate arrest rates because women made up the vast majority of prostitution arrests?
