Yesterday, an astute reader posted on TPM that Cohen’s plea deal specifically cites RICO statutes among the things that the plea does not rule out in the future.
So yeah, I think the prosecutor’s office sees a RICO indictment.

We have an extradition treaty with Israel. However, it does have a few loopholes, most notably regarding “political” prosecutions.
I think the bottom line on that is, refusing to extradite them would come at a serious political cost for Israel. Not sure they would be willing to shoulder that is the Trump Admin is at that point of tatters.
