I had to look it up, too. Apparently a young man named Usaama Rahim was under surveillance by the JATTF (and was subsequently shot and killed by the police). One of the things he said (though the authorities admit it was little more than fantasy) was that he wanted to behead Ms. Geller.
So no attempt, just a pipe dream of a suspected domestic terrorist.
But hey – a grifter can’t be a grifter if she’s giving away her hard earned swag on some pup! (The Sting aside.)
