Discussion for article #228876
Mitchell is the worst host ever.
All 3 people that watch her are now informed
Andrea MitchellâŚworst tool in the toolbox.
Mitchell is married to a guy whose sole job when testifying before Congress was to disambiguate everything he said and tell them nothing at all.
She has learned well since as a journalist she says nothing at all.
Today Mitchell commented that the Dallas hospital where Mr. Duncan died from Ebola might not have followed proper protocols. She followed that with but that is from an âadmitted labor groupâ as if we cannot really trust what labor might tell us.
Andrea is nothing if not transparent.
âAnd with that seemingly skeptical qualifier â supposed disability â Mitchell had stepped in it.â
Because sheâs a liberal (or is at least perceived as one). Had she been a GOPer/Teatroll/pandering conservative propagandist, she couldâve gone on a mile long, 140 decibel rant about âthat punk ass gang-signing pot-smoker thug stole some cigarellos and probably deserved to be shotâ and nobody wouldâve batted an eyelash and she never wouldâve been forced to apologize.
When sheâs not stammering through questions and commentary, sheâs spitting out the most lame, often stupid, Beltway conventional wisdom. I will never forget what she said on Meet The Press during the Healthcare.gov rollout debacle. She smugly giggled and said, âWhatâs going to happen when people start submitting claims on the website.â I could not believe that a supposedly world class reporter knew so little about the law she was brought on to discuss. She, like her GOTP brethren, actually believes Obamacare is an insurance plan. What was even more unsettling is that no one corrected her.
Oh puhleeeeeze. Andrea misspoke, probably tripping on trying to keep things objective. Itâs a mispeak and she has apologized for it.
Way less worse than the garbage that gets thrown at us everyday with ABC, the Wall St. Journal and FOX.
HaâŚfits right in with what I said too. Nobody will bat an eyelash over her deliberate implied denigration of labor groups, but so help you god if you accidentally implicitly denigrate a conservative misogynist plutocrat racist c-nt in a wheelchair.
Chuck Todd thinks Mitchell just disqualified herself.
Deserved poo step. I watched the interview. Painful, like so much on cable news, but not for Mrs. Greenspanâs misfire rather her attempts to ânailâ Davis. Typical Village tunnelvision. Will Mrs. G and Tweety fool the Comcast farmers when they burn the fields?
I donât believe she misspoke in the way she has explained it. Fact is, she is a tool of the oligarchy, the point I think she clumsily was trying to make was Wendy was wrong to use Abbotâs disability when it isnât the issue.
Irrelevant question: What the hell is that thing around her neck?
Villagers have allegiance only to power. Anything else is someone elseâs vanity.
If thereâs one true Obama hater, it is this woman. Whatever the issue, she will find a way to link the president as a negative force. She is awful and contemptible as a beltway insider, vomiting rancid journalism.
Did she really say that? OMG. What labor group was she going after? The nurseâs or hospital workers unions? How dare they speak up for the care of their workers, huh? Thatâs their fucking job. Sheesh.
I heard someone say on some show that Mr. Duncan may in fact have been turned away initially because he simply didnât have health insurance, and probably nothing more than that was necessary for that hospital to initially refuse to treat him (though I believe its against the law in an emergency) but it thereby led to them to minimizing his fever which was already 103 degrees upon arrival, thus sending him back out the door until he returned a few days later. Donât know how true that is. Seems no one does though.
The real beauty is that Greenspan made huge money writing a book recently about how he totally screwed up as Fed Chairman by not regulating enough.
This is all manufactured indignation and outrage.
Anybody who qualifies as âhandicappedâ is above criticism donât ya know.
