I have to agree, I just don’t understand how we have gotten so dumbed down!
My husband talked to two ladies yesterday, very nice ladies, but naïve, they are sisters in their late 60’s, early 70’s, they are thrilled with Trump???
Of course I remember years ago they would send their measly pay from cleaning homes to Tammy and Jimmy Baker, thought they were the most Christian people on earth, so I guess it adds up!!!

Cooper IMO seems to be a polite man at all times, maybe it’s the Vanderbilt genes. To get in drumpf’s face would go against all that proper, upright breeding.

I don’t think that a Trump presidency is likely, but as Bill Maher has been saying for the past few weeks, if there is an Islamic Terrorist attack in this country in the next 6 months, that would either make the race even or hand him the election. Fear is a strong motivator and even 34% of Democrats support a ban on Muslims coming to the country.

If you haven’t, you should read the full transcript of the Washington Post editorial board interview with Trump. Scary stuff that this guy has even a 1 in 10 chance of being president.

I don’t understand what you think the problem was with Cooper’s questions. He got Trump to give at least 4 different answers about the Heidi Cruz pic, and rightfully pointed out that Trump was responding like a 5 year old.

Maybe I’m misinterpreting what you think an interviewers role should be, but don’t blame the media for ALL of the failure on the part of some voters. CNN, etc can be pretty bad, but I don’t think there is any reasonable person who could see that exchange and think that Trump came off looking good.
