Are there still 20 or so pages of whore ads in the Washington, DC Yellow Pages? I have to admit that blew my Midwestern mind when I innocently first went East…the Yellow Pages!!!
I used to love reading the old print escort ads in the Washington Blade and the Village Voice…Ads where the escort would offer to do anything, scat, golden showers, SM, but would then conclude with, “Please, no smokers!” or “Please, no freaks!”
Sounds funny but DC, like any city with super rich and super poor, is a sex for pay meat grinder…I’d like to see more serious reporting on the American sex industry.
